In essence, organic wines are those made from grapes that are cultivated without synthetic fungicides, herbicides or fertilizers. Biodiversity, the planting of other crops between the vines, encourages natural way of pest management, also working along with nature to produce healthy, strong vines in their site-climate “terroir” environment.
